Morgan Biopharma and IHM adopt a dual processing approach designed to maximize the value of natural medicinal materials by combining IHM’s well-established extraction capabilities with Morgan Biopharma’s advanced purification and refinement processes.
IHM: The Foundation
IHM serves as the foundation of the value chain, utilizing approved and widely recognized extraction methods to produce standardized extracts and powders at standard to medium purity levels. These processes are known for their stability, scalability, and suitability for a broad range of commercial applications.
Morgan Biopharma: Refinement
Building on this foundation, Morgan Biopharma further processes the standardized intermediate materials through carefully controlled refinement steps. Using validated and approved methods, extracts are first concentrated into powders with approximately 70% purity.
The entire production workflow is standardized and clearly illustrated through each stage, from raw material intake and primary processing to extraction, refinement, quality control, and final packaging.
Equipment and technologies are selected to match specific processing requirements, supported by a robust quality control system that ensures batch consistency and reliability.
